Is there a way to have a standard BI launchpad page for a group of users that does the following.
1. Presents a simple list of reports or even if it is a folder that lists the reports.
2. When a user clicks on the report they can schedule the report.
Basically I would like to have the user see the page of reports where they can schedule. It would be like them navigating to a Public folder, right clicking on the report and selecting schedule. I'm trying to forgo them having to navigate to find the report. All the reports may not be in the same location.
We have these reports setup on Categories so if we can leverage categories that would be good.

In new BI Launchpad home page show all menu - this is flat list of all documents and categories.(4.2 SP04 May-2017)

Hi Denis - Thanks for your reply. I'll investigate this although I'm not sure how to make a category the default view. Can you elaborate? Can multiple Categories be set in the default view?

What if you make Categories view default for this group of users, wouldn't that get you the desired view ?
