CRM Marketing

Hello everybody,

i am new to crm marketing could anyone tell me wht kind of configurations do we do on a implementation project for marketing module,

1.) kindly provide a list of things which would help me.

2.) How will we set the qualification criteria to qualify lead and where do we do that.

3.) I would like to know how would we transfer the qualified leads into sales (opprtunity)
