Can we use other fields along with GL account to design cash flow statement?

Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement wherein few transactions to the GL accounts are cash relevant and few and non cash relevant.

Now we want to design a cash flow statement and can't directly do it on basis of GL accounts.

Can you please suggest a line item document field which can be used during the transaction to make it a cash relevant/non relevant transaction.

Hi Rajendra.

I do not fully understand your business requirements and how it is possible, that on the money GL account some transactions cash relevant and some non cash relevant.

The system determines the transaction is the cash or not on the basis of GL accounts and missing exits where possible change standard logic.
I recommend you to try to control the value of the field (FQM_FLOW-FLG_ACTUAL) from own loading class for FI (see note 2226612 - FI Flow Builder).

I did not do this, but theoretically, you can, based on the characteristics of the FI document, implement the logic to clear the FQM_FLOW-FLG_ACTUAL field for non-cash transactions.

If you try it, please write the result.
