PPARCHP1 - Production Order DLT Status

Dear Team,

In my SAP system, i have set the production order status as "DLFL" on 01.10.2015. In OPJH, i have set the "Residence Time as 2" ( which means 2 Months) for my order type.

Now i am executing the program PPARCHP1 to set the DLT status in "Production Mode". But i am getting the error that "For the XYZ order the residence time is NOT exceeded". Isn't strange?

Could you please help to solve this issue?
