AWS IDES Not Starting after being suspended


I am facing a problem where by our Instance in AWS is not able to be connected to after being suspended. If we terminate the non conneting instance and create a brand new one, We are able to connect via the SAP GUI. If we now suspend the instance for cost savings after a few hours, on the next activation, we are not able to connect to it any more.
