Hello every one,
I have one question as i need to solve that immedeiately.
1.How can we create a New customer infotype?
As of my know ledge we can create by PM01 T-code.
Actually i want to create this for, when an employee is transfered to any organization in a group ,then the person has to get a letter through SAP when we perform a transfer action.
To this i have to add some feilds both new and old PA,PSA,Org unit code,Position code.
can we do that?
Please can any one of you help me out in this.

Are you asking to create an email from SAP in Transfer Action? You can create a custom workflow which gets triggered by the Transfer Event. You need to send a Std Text for that.
Or , just for report, you can create a smartform that will pick up data from IT0000 & IT0001 in order to get all your fields. Hope it will solve your requirement.
Thanks, reward iof helpful.

Yes. Tcode->PM01 is used to create a new custom infotype.
If you want to create a letter from SAP after a transfer action, you need not create any custom infotype for this. Develop a Z-report & use LDB to fetch the data before & after the transfer action from IT0001. The data before transfer action will always be there in infotype 0001.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Sarika.
