hello,
I want to create condition record using new key combination (i.e. combination of region - site - marchendise category) in SAP retail , but when i am creating the condition table for that key combination , the system is not picking the tax amount in PO for that perticular combination , giving the message that the field assignment is not proper for field REGIO , so anybody please help me out how to assign the document structure and document field in the access sequence
thanx
praful
Hi Praful,
We had also encountered the same problem, there is a SAP note available for this but i am not able to remember it right now. Some coding need to be returned in the userexit J_117_userexit_fill_komp_komk. The coding is available in the sap note.
Also select the access sequence and check for fields Regio , it should be from KOMK, if is from KOMP then the problem may also arise. In case if it is from KOMP change it to KOMK and try it out before proceeding the coding.

R. Dillibabu.

Hi
Try the following:
1. In the Access sequences, for the access created by you, check if the REGIO field is appearing in the field overview.
2. In SPRO, for the access sequence created by you, ensure that the field "Exclusive" is not ticked for any of the combinations that appear in the list except for the combination created by you. This is because if this field is ticked, the moment the system finds a valid cond reord for any of the combinations before yours, the system stops the search there itself.
Hope this clarifies.
Thanks
