Issues with navigation report

Hi friends ,

We are getting issue in report navigation, after following the SAP listed steps I am unable to navigate from source to target report. I have tried both approach 1. Navigate from one view to another within a report, 2. Navigate one report view to another view report.
When I click on the source field then it shows "No Navigation Target available".

Can you see navigation report details of Source report at Report Navigation ( as below)

In your attachments nothing has been shown related to navigation report assignment.
