Try to go for SAP CRM Certification (based on SAP CRM 2005). Certification is the best place to start (if you do not get a chance to work in SAP CRM Project).
Before sitting for SAP CRM training in authorized Centres, try to get some basic idea of CRM. Here is the Link for

Many Thanks

Thanks jack for the documents i am goin to sit for the exam this month n am also lookin to gt my self into the enviroment i ve IDES CRM 4.0 that am currently praticing with and i notice that i need to upload to R/3 after customizing cos it is a back end system , if i ve ecc6 along with my CRM 4.0 will it help in my pratice?
Thanks Andrew !
The basic document that i would recommend would be the SAP's Help.SAP.Com.
(Remember the Site which I gave on my first Response to you. This houses the concepts). Second would be SDN.
The following sites would give you a brief understanding of SAP CRM :
1. <a href="http://planetsap.com/SAP_CRM_article_1.htm">Resource 1</a>
2. <a href="http://www.sap.com/solutions/business-suite/crm/featuresfunctions/index.epx">Resource 2</a>
According to me, having Good understanding of Concepts and Certification would be a real plus to get into the market !
Wish you a Good Career ahead !
Regards
Jack
Hi Andrew,
As Mr.Gregor said ECC is not the CRM system...
ECC is the R/3 system that has the logistics... MM,SD.......
You have to access the stand alone server for CRM..
Lasterst version is CRM 5.0
Reward me if it helps!
Thanks and Rewgards,
Maniprabu

Hello Andrew,
SAP ERP ECC 600 is not SAP CRM 5.00 also known as SAP CRM 2005. So if you want to learn CRM you must have access to a CRM system.
