Alternate to Conditions in BEx Query Designer

Hi Experts,

I have a SD BEx query for inventory management. I am using this query to develop a dashboard for Trend of inventory over the past 5 years.

The requirement is to sort top 10 values for each fiscal year. I tried using Conditions to fulfill the requirement but later realized that Conditions are not supported when reporting through BEx to BO 4.0.

What would be the best alternative to sort the top 10 values and get them to use in Dashboards?

    Hi Faheem

What are you using for a Dashboard? Is it flexible enough to display multiple query results

Consider creating five queries with with dynamic filers:

    1) Top 10 where Fiscal Year = Current

    2) Top 10 where Fiscal Year = Current -1 offset

    3) Top 10 where Fiscal Year = Current - 2 offset

    4) Top 10 where Fiscal Year = Current - 3 offset

    5) Top 10 where Fiscal Year = Current - 4 offset

Use your presentation tool to post the results side-by-side.

Let me know if this helps,
