PO Display authorization

Hi

We are working on SRM 4.0, EBP 5.0.

We have got a requirement wherein the client wants to give only display authorizations for PO to users

When we go in the Process Purchase order transaction, the user can change the PO. Is there any way through which we can have the PO dispaly only authorizations for users.

Hi,

Yo can use authorization object: BBP_PD_PO

You can define that purchasers are only able to enter and display purchase orders for certain purchasing organizations and purchasing groups.

Ask the Basis to maintain only display authorization and implement this SAP note.
