Giving OSS access to system

When we have issues requiring assistance from OSS, they are unable to log in with their ID into our portal because their user ID is not set up in the org structure. We usually ask them to connect through NetMeeting and log in as one of our test users. With time zone issues, this could take a long time to resolve.

How have others worked around this issue? Do you set up SAPOSS in the org structure?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
