SAP IS Retail certification and career guidance

Hi all ,

Need a valuable suggestions and guidance to move forward and set my career in SAP Is Retail.

I have got 6 years of experience in Core Retail domain(Merchandising, Operation, Category managment) and have got 1 year in SAP IS RETAIL experience(contract one got completed).I am looking out for a good turning oppurtunity to put forward my career in SAP Is Retail. Please can someone guide me if doing a certification in Retail would help me getting a good job with my domain experience?

Also, any help on certification guidance would be really appreciated, like, whats the cost for certification?Where can I take from India?

Hi Alpana

My personal view is that certification will not guarantee a job in hand but will definitely help you stand out of the crowd. You will have an edge over other professionals without certification in their resume.

I have tried my ways in the certification link but not able to get clarity on how to apply,as I am getting the certification details of other countries except India.
