Single Accounting Document for multiple conditions in Sales Based Settlement in REFX Contract

Hi,

I require to maintain multiple condition types in REFX contract for sales based settlement. During the settlement posting, i am getting different accounting document generated for different conditions for the same period of settlement.

Client requires to generate a single accounting document for all the conditions for the same period of posting. The flow type maintained is different for each condition.

Please let me know how i can achieve this requirement.

Hi Husein,

you may try out to achieve your requirement by using the option 'post using cashflow'. The cashflow items are created instead of direct posting to FI and it is possible to summarize the cashflow items when posting them with transaction RERAPP.

thanks for your reply. however, i have to do sales based settlement. this cannot be done through the transaction RERAPP. Sales based settlement is done through RESRSE.

can you please also tell me how i can use the option 'post using cashflow'. from where is this option activated?

Hi Husein,

this functionality can be activated if you have at lease Enhancemant Package 2 for EA-FIN and activated the Real Estate business function RE_GEN_CI_1.

If you activate then the sub function XX01 you can specify that the results of the sales-based rent settlement are posted using periodic posting.

But please take care for a proper transition to this new functionality if you are alread using sales-based settlement in your environment.
