From Ipad once work order is completed the key user will add the time(Time he as spend to complete WO) and do sync but in back end for the work order two time cofirmation records are created. one record with correct time what key user as entered and the other record with zero time.

can anyone please help me to resove this issue.

thanks

Hi Madhukar,

Have you enabled both time sheet and cats to update confirmation in the backend.

HI Sravanthi,

In Client Globals i can see both time sheet and CATS are disabled (Global value = N)

will the application record time based start time and end time of operations ?

we are using assignment type 2 (Operation level Pernr number)

thanks

Hi Madhukar,

If both time sheet and CATS are disabled, hope we will not get any icon/screen in the front end to view recorded time as this global will be set false for enabling rule in front end screen.

If CATS is disabled in client globals, then the application is using time sheet that will post entries(start time and end time) through iw41,iw42,iw43 transaction codes.Debug ABAP class for time confirmation to identify why an empty record is added. And also in the front end, when the user is adding time confirmations, check the flow of transactions that are posting from the device.I hope second entry with an empty record is due to CATS from the front end or vice versa.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi Sravanthi,

You mean to say SAP Work Manager supports time recording based on start and end time of the operation right ?

one clarification : If user starts the work order and complete it today but he Sync to backend next day what time will be recorded ?

thanks
