Incorrect PO is opened via Web Browser

We are facing major challenge in opening SAP Tcode via web url. it always opens default PO, the PO number given in the Web URL is not working . For example rather than opening the PO 4500001105 following URL opens some other PO 4500001102.

HTTP://<IP>:8080/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/!?sap-client=110&sap-user=****&sap-password=******&~trans...ME23N MEPO_TOPLINE-EBELN=4500001105

Kinldy help us resolving this issue.
