Hi Folks,
I have some doubts related to Web Service Message Monitoring.
1) Let's assume I was replicated one Sales Quote from C4C to ECC. I got an error. And you also replicated one Sales Quote from C4C to ECC and you are also got an error.
Now my question is How can we know which error message is related to my replication error and which is related to you in web Service Message Monitoring?
2) What is the difference between "Error Log" and "Payload" in Web Service Message Monitoring in C4C?

Error Log
This will provide you with an xml that describe what error you are facing. Anything from Connectivity to data issues
Error Log is where the error items are stored and their duration by default is 14 days from the date on which the error occurred. You have the possibility to change the numbers of days for which the error log stores recorded error items. To do that choose Error Log -> Global Configuration.
Payload Log :
This will show you what xml(payload) you received (inbound) or might be sending out (outbound) of your system. This also have a download function that you are able to use to download this xml.

Ans 1) You can identify messages user specific following below points:
a). By personalizing field "User ID" in Web Service Message Monitoring View.
b). Creation Date and Time which you can see in Changes tab of the Sales Quote.
c). Sales Quote Document ID you can find from Payload.
2) Error Log is the information of error if there is any issue during the process.
Payload is the content of message which includes all document details which you send from C4C to any other system or vice versa.
