Load report error

Hi, I have designed a crystal report in VS2013 with CR 13.0.19. When i try to load the report i am getting this error,

at CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ReportClientDocumentWrapper.EnsureDocumentIsOpened() at CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument.Load(String filename, OpenReportMethod openMethod, Int16 parentJob) at CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument.Load(String filename) at Sign.WebSites.Signsec.ReportLoader.LoadReport(String rptFileName, Dictionary`2 spParamKeyValueParis, Dictionary`2 rptParamKeyValuePairs) at Sign.WebSites.SignSc.ReportViewer.GetReportSource() at Sign.WebSites.SignSc.signScReports.cmdView_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e)

Does the report open in CR Designer from the same location?

Is is a valid report file? .NET will not open a CR for Enterpise report ( Java Designer )

Does the folder where the report is located have full read/write permissions?

Does IIS's \temp folder the have full read/write permissions?

Hi Don Williams,

Thank you for your reply. I had multiple versions of crystal reports installed, somehow my env was corrupted, after reinstalling CR for VS 13.0.19, this issue got resolved.
