Change Office and Communication Data issue

Hi all,

In ESS, where we have the workset Employee search, there is Who's Who and Change office and Communication Data.

We have added a new field "Mobile Telephone " in who's who list( we are able to see that field in Who's Who) .But when we want to Change/Modify the Mobile number by goin to Change Office and Communication data , we are not getting that( "Mobile Telephone" ) field there. How do we get that field in Change office and communication data?

Hi NR,

you have to add that field(mobile number) in the 'output fields detail' tab of pzwhoc transaction.

Hi,

Thankyou for the reply. But when i go to that Tx-'pzwhoc', I get the Who'sWho :Customizing Screen, where we already have the 'Mobile telephone' field.

But in the portal, whn i go to ChangeOffice and Comm.Data link, there I don't see the Mobile Telephone Field coming, so that i change it.

Hi NR,

in the Tx-pzWhoc, there are three tabs, you have add the tel number in the 'OUTPUT FIELD DETAIL' tab..

As you mentioned, i have checked that in the 'OutputField Detail' Tab only, there i see the 'mobile telephone' field already present there.

sorry for the late reply.

I have tried with 'pzwhoc' Tx, added Mobile Telephone field to the list in the 'Output Detail List' . but still i don't see the field being added at the Portal end.

Is there something that i am missing out.

In 'pz01c' , i already have that 'Mobile Telephone' field , thats the reason i checked in 'pzwhoc' where i didnt have that field so tried with that there .. but of no use.
