Preview ESS Images in R/3

Hi,

I get a standard Image 'portrait_form_magnifier' for Employee Search Area in my ESS. I am able to locate this resource in R/3 SPRO settings. But now how do i preview all such images available in R/3. Say, I want to change the existing image to some other already available standard image. How do I preview it inside SAP R/3.
