Adding field to SRm account assignment tab

Hi
please could you see the below steps I followed to add a field to the account assignment tab but it does not show up in the portal . What am I missing? I went to the below path in SPRO

I went through the other documents as well but not sure whats missing

Then I choose the option to add field since the field already existed

3. The field was added

4 Does not show up in the portal

    you can add the field using account assignment config as per the screenshot attached
