How to fill in missing fields for 0GLACCEXT_T011_HIER in BW after SP13 is implemented in ECC?

Since SP13 has been implemented in ECC, the DTP fails in BW with the message

"Error deriving hierarchy InfoObject from field name" RSTRAN 304. The fields "FIELD" and FS ITEM" are not being populated after SP13 was implemented. I need to know what we might have missed in ECC for settings, or on the BW side. Please help as we are on as tight deadline!

Thank you,

Kurt Dukes

Check OSS Note 1997720

Symptom

The 7.x HIER DataSources do not call a Business Add-In (BAdI) implementation in the user exit after the extraction is performed in the source system.

A further symptom can be that during extraction with the DataSource 0GLACCEXT_T011_HIER (or 0GL_ACCOUNT_T011_HIER), the fields 'GLACCEXT', 'RSIGN', and 'PLUMI' are not filled. As a result, for queries for the financial statement on the basis of virtual InfoCubes (cf. SAP Note 810313), the balance-dependent assigned accounts (contra items) and the calculated result (profit or loss) are not listed correctly.

Other Terms

RSU5_SAPI_BAD, HIER_TRANSFORM, hierarchy, master data, CALL_HIER_CUSTOMER_FUNCTION, PERFORM_CONFLICT_TAB_TYPE, CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_TYPE, CALL_HIER_CUSTOMER_FUNCTION_30,

0GLACCEXT, 0BAL_DEPEND, 0H_SIGNCH, RS_BCT_FIGL_DATA_GET, RS_BCT_FIGL_SREP_DATA_GET, OBJECTS_TABLES_NOT_COMPATIBLE

Reason and Prerequisites

Previously, BAdI in user exits was not supported for 7.x HIER DataSources.

Solution

Import the relevant Support Package or implement the correction instructions as an advance correction using the Note Assistant.

SAP provided a note. The note escapes me, but I have asked my basis resource to help me find it. I will post it as soon as I find out what it is.

Hi Kurt,

Just curious if SAP solved your issue yet ? And if so what might be the solution.
