EG31 not tiggering BADI & MDUS Service

Dear Experts,
I actually need to trigger the MDUS service : "UtilitiesDeviceERPSmartMeterBulkChangeRequest_Out".


As per the std documentation & other sources, i am performing full installation (EG31) with 2 devices and changing the AMS related info. But this process is NOT triggering my

implementation in the BADI "ISU_SE_DEVICESMCHGBLKRCO_ASYNC". and eventually NOT triggering the MDUS :"UtilitiesDeviceERPSmartMeterBulkChangeRequest_Out".

Can any one suggest me what more should I do in EG31?

Please check SAP-KBA 2353034 which seems to talk about this behaviour ...
