Modify BOM Item with ECN

Hi,

I am trying to change BOM Header and Item quantity with ECN effective in future. From transaction CS02, I entered the Material, Plant, Alt BOM, Usage, and ECN no. I am able to change the BOM Header qty, but all the BOM item fields are "Display" only. I am trying to change only the Item qty.

If I don't enter the ECN number in the CS02 initial screen then, I am able to make change to Item qty.
