Hi Friends,
Is there any way to find out if an employee is active, ie in roles? I jus want to filter out employees who are retired..
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Nathan

Hi there. Madhu is right. If you restrict your selection to employees who have the value '3' for field PA0000-STAT2, you will get only active employees.

Benefit plans are stored in three infotypes: 0167 is health plans, 0168 is insurance plans, and 0169 is savings plans. You can check field PARDT for the respective infotype to get the participation date of whatever plan you are looking at the record for. Or you could use the BEGDA (start date) of the record for that plan. You may want to use BEGDA as your enrollment date, as the PARDT indicates when the employee actually starts receiving benefits of the plan (so for things like the pension plan, an employee may be enrolled but not actually receiving benefits yet because he has not retired yet). I hope this helps.
