Unable to EDIT ADMINISTRATOR in 0001

defined feature PINCH-can see my desired admin group defaulted in 0001 and can also see the administrators in that group thru f4-but while selecting and CHANGING admin to another admin which is different from the admin assined during initial hire system is throwing an error

once hired not able to change the administrator even with in the same admin grp.
