GRC PC 10.0 - CCM job fail issue

Former Member

Hi Experts,

Whenever a CCM job fails in the system, a notification mail is sent to few users of the system. As shown below.

Firstly, I want to know which users are chosen as recipients of the above email. Is it based on roles assigned to business events? If so, which business event is responsible for this activity.

Secondly, how to change the contents of this email?

Please help me with the above queries. Looking forward for your response.

Many thanks in advance.

Regards,
Abhishek

We implemented a custom program to set the recipients for this business event.

Hi Abishek,

You need to check in your system what email alerts you have activated, as its not same in every environment. In general email notification texts are maintianed in SE61

I think you need to dig deeper yourself before posting...We don't know what job failed, or what custom reports you have running to alert people of the failure. Plus, I see nothing here that says 'This is a workflow issue'.

Check background jobs. Check transaction SOST. There's no way to know what's going on without digging.

Good luck,

Thanks, Susan.

My concern is not about why the job failed in the GRC system. But, a notification mail is sent to few users when a continuous control monitoring (CCM) job fails in the system. There are no custom reports developed for this function. I believe it depends on the agent determination rules set up at configuration level. I wanted to know which Business event is responsible for this behavior.
