Max/min measure in text box/ Design Studio 1.6

Hello,

I am using DS 1.6 with a HANA view. My view contains 3 columns:

1. Group

2. Stores

3. Products

4. Price

According this, I would like to show the max and min price in a text box, so I use a Math script but it didn't work for me. I have been looking in a DS book that I have, blogs, etc and didn't find an answer.

I used this script as formatter function but didn't work.

I added the column "Group" because with getData I was not able to select all the stores and all the products.

I think you may end up calculating those values back in HANA

We tried to replay something simmilar but it didn't work, we are wondering if there's something easier like:

Math.max(measure's column);

Or do we have to add 2 extra columns in the HANA view with max and min?

Hi Alexjandra - I don't have a HANA sandbox myself to try this on, but I like your approach of option 2 - adding the min max column back in HANA.
