Choosing the right package for virtual machines in the SAP Cloud Platform

Hello,

in the context of a proof-of-concept, I need to create a virtual machine in in the SAP Cloud Platform. At first, I thought about using the free developer edition, but it seems that this does not contain virtual machines. Are there any difference within the 3-month trial for medium businesses?

If there is no free trial, I need to be sure to choose the right package containing virtual machines (IaaS). It would be great to get some information about what is included in the developer starter edition or single application edition, especially in terms of virtual machines. The detailed conditions for packages do not contain any information about this. Or is there any other rate fitting my case, for example a separate quota for virtual machines?

Hello, Christoph, There is a free trial for the new user and It definitely includes JVM on this platform, you could click on the link below to SAP Cloud Platform Cockpit.

1. Choose Cloud Foundry Trial button.
2. Select a region base on your location.

Be a patience please, It gonna take a while to initializing your trial infrastructure.
