LAMA operate systems behind saprouter

Dear,

We connect to systems behind a saprouter (different network segment). Is it possible for certain systems/hosts to supply LAMA with a saprouter string ?

thanks

Paul

Hi Paul,

I think there's no need for that. Please check help.sap.com on the topic of Configuring networks and

the Infrastructure configuration in general. You will see that LaMa can operate across different networks.

P.S. Links lead to Enterprise Edition of LaMa but these basic steps are the same in the Standard Edition.

hi Hendrik,

Unfortunately in the Standard Edition configuring networks has no 'advanced' section. And it is there that you can add a gateway (where I guess you set the saprouter). Anyways, all tools connections now run through the saprouter because it is a totally seperate different network with no other direct connections at all. So I wonder if somewhere I could add the saprouter string in order to make LaMa use this tunnel ?

kind regards,

Paul

Hi Paul,

sorry for the late reply, I was cross checking with LaMa Development.

Since SAPRouter only supports port forwarding, it is not suitable for use with SAP LaMa.
