BATMAS03 IDOC Extention

Hi Experts

I have a requirement to extened the BATMAS03 with custom field .

what is the procedure i need to follow to achive this requirement . I tried to extend Batmas03 using we30 but system throw an error message "Action is not passible on genarated idoc type" . Please let me know how can i over come this .

Could you really implement this Extension in BATMAS03?
If yes, can you please let me know the solution to it.
