Hi,

I've installed Crystal Reports 10 on a Windows 2012 R2 server. When opening up certain reports in Crystal, they can take upwards of 20 minutes just to load to the point where I can execute them to run. Does it have something to do with the fact that it is a Windows 2012 R2 server?

Thank you.

Roger

Hi,

you should need setup connections like ODBC or JDBC connections.

Regards,

Venkat.

If the report contains subreports, make sure the option to reimport subreports is turned off.

If the report has a specified printer, make sure it's available on the server (or remove the specified printer from the report).
