"W2 Reprint" service in ESS

Hi

Has anyone used "W2 Reprint" service in ESS before?

Can anybody say how does this work? I have read the online documentation, but it doesnot give much information.

Where will the request go after submission?Does it go to the chief of Org.unit?

Is there a way, where we can bring the W2 form for the employee into ESS, so that he can print it?
