Calibration Order is Created.

Result recording done for Inspection Lot.

UD is rejected.

Now to do maintenance job again, new Calibration Order for the same Equipment is created.

How to link the two Calibration Order.

My Solution(Please tell if this is possible): After UD, we create a Measuring Document for the MIC. From Measuring document automatically a PM Notification is created, using which we create another order.

Second Solution: A quality Notification created for the defect once UD is rejected. Which we need to link with PM Order.

Please suggest what generally happens if UD is rejected.

Yes, You are right..that could be one solution.

1. Automatic Notification creation from the Usage decision. change status of Equipment to 'Not for use'- create another order manually for the Notification, link to the relevant Tasklist - release WO - create inspection lot - process - close

2. Automatic Notification creation from the Usage decision. - use same inspection lot - record the results in the same lot. - change status of the Equipment to 'OK'.
