3. How cost splitting and predistribution of costs play a role in determing the AT prices?(in Price calculation)

Hi,

KP26 is meant for activity planning .In business scenario's,It so happenns that there will not be clear info on many things .The fixed component means that amonut you are planning to spend on the activity .Variable price maens that you know the per unit price like labour rate rs2/- per hour etc.If you want iterative process ,there should be some change in any of the parameters like labour, material etc.and you need to run KSPI to populate the per unit prices. If you want planned figures to populate you will use this. There is no frequency -its mgt decission
