Dear all,
When I add a dependent, only after 31 days the beneift enrollment iView is allowing me to add the dependent to the benefit plans. I am not sure where is this 31 days check is maintained when it comes to benefit enrollment iViews.
I am in ECC 5.0 and Portal EP 6.0 SP18. Any help regarding this is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
-Bharath
Hi,
I think it is checking the /801 factor on that basis it will calcuate.
In the the config part of wagetype charecterstics you have to configure.

Hi Bharath Ajendla,
Try this:
1. Basic Settings - Define Benefit Plan Status
2. Dependent/Beneficiary Eligibility - Define Dependent Eligibility Rules
3. Benefits Adjustment Reasons (for Dependents)
Cheers,
TG

Manoj,
Can you please give me few more details on what is factor. How should I change the 31 days limiit to 0 days as everybody wants to enroll their dependents as soon as they add to the system. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
-Bharath

Hi ,
It is the value , you can see it in display log , I think you have to do dont maintain the wage type charecterstics to /801 factor.
Dependent/Beneficiary Eligibility - Define Dependent Eligibility Rules
otherwise.
Just give the which wage type you are using , i will tell how to do it.
