Activation of Alert in RE-FX

Hello,

I need your help to activate Alert in RE-FX.

I created Alert in RE80 for contract in Alert TAB and setting is OK but user contract Responsible doesn't receive anything. Icon color is in red now but no Alert received.

My question if there are any other setting to do to activate Alert in RE-FX. Thanks,

Hi Hamza,

could you please provide some more details about the alert tab. Are you referring to resubmissions?

Maybe you can add a screen shot.
