"You are not authorized to access business partner XXXX" error? :(

Hello there,

I am new in SAP administration and I met a critical issue 😞 After creating a new user and assigning a business partner and placing it in the organizational unit structure - I get the following error when I try to test some parts in the front end application : "You are not authorized to access business partner XXXX". I am logged in with a specific user and XXXX is that user's business partner ID. So the user himself actually is not allowed in the determination needed in order to fill the "Reported by" section.

Also, when I try to manually search the user, it doesn't come up in the list, and the others do. This happens for new structures added in the organisational model. I mention that for old users and for old structures, everything goes fine.

I assigned all the role other use have(old users) using SU01 - ACE activation from SPRO, etc...

Which system are you using? This is not SRM system.

Would you please provide more details so that we could help further?
