Weighments of packets/sachets/cartons are made on a digital weighing scale;

I want to transfer the data from weighing scale in to SAP QM module;

(each of the individual reading made by weighing scale)

For further analysis of data ;

Kindly elobrate the software & harware requirement.

Kindly share with personal experiances.

It depends on your business requirement that where you and how you want to store and Use the data from the weighing scale.

This can be done by integrating the weignhing scale or any device with SAP, the incoming data can be in the form of IDOC or file based interface with an interface of Mercator.

All the data will be passed from the device to the mercator where we have a Z program which will collect the data from Mercator on a periodical basis running in background and post it to SAP in a Z table.
