C4C Integrate with Oracle CPQ to create Sales Quote

Hi

I have a requirement to create Sales Quote in Oracle CPQ external system from SAP C4C Sales. This will be a whole custom integration process since there is no standard integration with Oracle CPQ but I can see standard integration with InMind CPQ.

Can somebody please explain me how to proceed on this . Just an overview of steps which needs to be done

Hi.

Oracle CPQ-SAP integration is mostly done via Gateway. It requires whitelisting of CPQ IP addresses, certificate exchange between CPQ and Gateway.

Once the connection is established, data exchange can happen similar to other web services integrations.

Sometimes the port needs to enabled in CPQ for communication if SAP system supports different ports.

Hello Saruchi,

If you have an option to consume a C4C webservice - then you can use CustomerQuoteProcessingQueryCustomerQuoteIn to query the Sales Quote data from C4C and you will get required details which can be used to create a Quote. If your use case is something else, please let me know.

HI ,

I have a requirement,where i need to integrate one CPQ solution with c4c.I need to create C4C Quote in C4C when it will be requested from the CPQ.Main problem is ,Which type of quote i should create,the one with external pricing or internal pricing only.I need to flow all the pricing condition types also from CPQ software to C4C. How to achieve that?

As i will create sales quote from the web service here in c4c,how i should pass all the pricing details from the CPQ to C4C?
