Hello Anderson Oliveira,

It seems you were running R3trans on a database with type IBM DB2 on z/OS, where a DB2 connect license is needed.
This falls in a different area than the current one: IBM DB2 on LUW. Could you please confirm the database type first?

If it is IBM DB2 on z/OS, I suggest to consider to raise it there.
