0CRM_SALES_ACT_I doesnu00B4t retrieve data

Hello,

I´m testing 0CRM_SALES_ACT_I data source in CRM (transaction RSA3) and it doesn´t retrieve any data; Previously I did all needed activities to test the data source. Do I have to make something more in CRM previosly to test it in rsa3?

Could anybody tell me something about it?

    hmmm... did you check the BW Adapter transaction (don't know it by heart anymore... similar to RSA5... you can look it up via SE93... type RS+5 and hit F4)?

    I know that for a lot of CRM extractors you'll need some extra activation there 😉
