SAP Activity log

I am using SAP B1 2004 PL:100

Since some of our users share a same SAP B1 user.

I want to have log that the SAP user name, windows user name, IP address and computer Name for each activity log in SAP B1.

In case any error, I can check who made the change to it.

Is there any way I can do that?

I know there is function to trace the activity for each form (Tools->change log...), But the log doesn't show the IP address, computer name and windows user name. And I need to click to each form to check the log, I can't find if there is a place to show all logs in a single place or single file just like Windows Event Log.

the issue was discussed at Where can i know which user ID is login SAP? This could be an entry point for your task.

All you need now is to learn T-SQL functionality to get client-specific information.

The following query may help you:

SELECT * FROM sysprocesses WHERE spid=@@SPID
