How to Download SP for CR 2013 Developer without current support contract

I'm self employed and have CR 2013 that I got years ago. There is no logical reason to purchase an annual support agreement for a 4 year old product for a single user. SP 9 was released yet I can't update becaue I'm not paying SAP? Where can I download this?
