How to control the length of the text box in the config in SAP Appraisal document

Hi all...

I have been working on SAP Appraisal template since sometime.

I have a requirement wherein client wants to make column field to be Alpha numeric specific.

Have tried all methods but not able to provide the proper solution.

I read that we can make the column = "no entry", but than enabling the notes field which I did but didn't worked.

I also read Mr. michael.pappis

If someone could help me to find that path or suggest me some other way out will be really helpful.

I think you can try creating your own value list and then use them in your template. Following KBAs can be referred to.
