Report Quality Issue Fiori Attachment Issue

Hi Experts

We are implementing the Report Quality Issue Fiori app in our landscape. We have done the pre-requisite configurations as per the document available. We are able to create notification without a attachment. But whenever we are trying to create with attachment, we are getting the following issue..

And these are the configurations we have done @ Backend to it as shown below

Kindly help us out in resolving this issue.

Do i need to maintain any extra configurations apart from this? And as given in second image do i need to maintain Logical file and Category? Are they mandatory

Resolved even with Image compression as well

which fix do you want about this issue? For image compression or unable to save attachment issue?
