Absence quota generation based on working days_Negative Time management

Dear Experts,

Please suggest me how to achieve the below scenario.

Client is using Negative time management.And they have a scenario of Generating EL leave based on Number of working days in the previous financial year (240 days).In Positive time management we write PCR and capture attendance in through IT2011 and IT2002.But here client using Negative TM.how to count the working days in Neg TM.please suggest me how to achieve this scenario with process flow.

The project I am working for also has kind of similar requirement. How did tou achieve this?

did you run PT60 with IT0007 setting as Time evaluation with no payroll Integration?

or did you use RPTQTA00, QUOMO & UPDTQA**?

Look in the Time Evaluation Results Cluster to see if a Time Type already exits with the required information, such as tables ZES or ZL.

Hi Sekhar,

How are you determining a working day? Is it an attendance held in IT2002 or are you using the work schedule to determine working days? Or is it a mixture of both?

Is the amount of leave you are going to allocate based on the number of working days in the previous year? Also, can you clarify the dates for the financial year? Is it April to March?
