hi guys,

I have a ztable and it allows me to edit also

but for one field in the ztable when i go to se16 there i cant able to see the field

for updation

How to maintaint values for that field alone

may be a text table is maintained for that

goto SE11 in display mode for that table

in menu goto--> Text table

Please go to the Transaction code Sm31 there we can mantain the data in the table.

You can do that in SE11-->maintain the values for a field at domain level(Valuerange tab-fixed values).

but i am not able to do

i will be little more clear now

in the ztable i have a field as status where i have to chnage some of the values in the field status from 4 to 5

when i go to se16 to change i am not able to c that particular field staus to change other fields i am able to change the values

may be that field is not there on the fields for selection

1. goto SE16

2. give tablename and press enter

3. in menu settings-->fields for selection

4. check if that field is selected to be displayed on selection screen

i have maintianed the table maintenece generato in utilitiles

now it is working fine

thanx again
