File Name: frs://Input/a_139/251/000/64395/1198958995181136a3-guid[19a3008b-e4d1-4402-9610-26680428c5bc2ee].rpt

    Hi Jawahar ,

We have installed sap crystal report 2013 & sap crystal server cmc in same machine .All designed reports are saved under "E:" .I have a sales analysis.rpt in three different folder under "E:" . A month before i scheduled sales analysis in cmc->Folder->Add->Local Doument -> File . Now i forgot the report location which file i had scheduled from Below "E:" . Is there any way to find out ?

I think i am saving file only in BI Platform , if i am wrong please advise . since i am new to sap server .

    E:\Live\Sales Analysis.rpt

    E:\Backup\Sales Analysis.rpt

    E:\Test\Sales Analysis.rpt

  • As Dennis mentioned already, you cannot schedule a report from local folder. Some point of time, some one might have uploaded to CMC. Please choose the option in crystal tool to save to platform option, instead of uploading as local document.

  • In order to schedule report it has to be in BI Platform, so the local path means nothing.
In CMC you will see if report was scheduled as it'll have history and instances.
If you published report from one of those folders into enterprise, I don't think there is a way to trace it back from report in enterprise.
