solution manager monitering activities

can anybody please help me out on solution manager daily,weekly and monthly activities.

Hi,

The maintenace is same like any other SAP Instance. You may need to check some RFCs, your SAP router connectivity nothing specific. You may need to download EWA report, System Monitoring Report as and when required. No special daily or weekly, monthly activities.

But how can i get EWA reports and system monitering report.

and onemore doubt what are the settings to get automatic mail after changing the message into IN PROGREE in solution manager.

please help me out.

Hi,

1. EWA reports - go to transaction DSWP --> Solution Manager Operations --> Soluton Monitoring --> Early watch alert to the right side you will have icons for word or files you can click and download.

2. For sending mail for change in status, check this note 691303 and download the attachment it has got tutor.

I am not getting full information in note number.(i.e,path:SAP

cross Industry solutions>SAP customer relation Mgmt>Sap crm 3.1>basic functions.actions in the CRM online sysem).

please briefly explain me.

I didn't get what you mean? did you open the note <b>691303</b> did you download and view the tutor?

I am able to open the note but i am not getting the above mentioned path in help.sap.com which has given in that note.

I would suggest you to skip reading help and proceed to configure email. But as always reading help will consume your time but good knowledge.
